First Reconciliation preparation begins in the fall, and is typically celebrated by second graders in December. Preparation is done at home as a family as a supplement to our Sunday morning faith formation classes. Children seeking the Sacrament of First Reconciliation must be enrolled in our Religious Education Program. We often have older children also preparing and completing the sacrament as well.

Parents expecting their child to make the sacrament of First Reconciliation should attend one preparation meeting in the Fall during the Religious Education hour (children should attend with their parents), one Saturday mini-retreat for the candidate and parents, and the group Reconciliation in December.
