We are proud
to provide this service for parishioners and for all others who
find themselves at home within our worshipping community from time to
time. You good people have been so good and so tremendously
supportive of our efforts for years now. Every week you (we
sincerely hope) find some faith-filled solace and meaning in our homily
offerings. Father Walter and I try our best to be faithful to the
Scriptures and place before you a message of belief, action, joy in the
Spirit and meaning during those down times we all have. You can
count on our continuing to do our best.
Through it
all, however, it may occur to one or one hundred of you that, despite our
best efforts, we are not covering all the bases. More important, it
may seem that we are not covering the bases IN WHICH YOU ARE INTERESTED.
Now that's a different thing! To respond to that important question
of yours, we are providing the service: H-A-T; How About This!
We hope to
receive any and all of your questions and address them as well as we can.
All the stuff that bugs you, puzzles you, makes you wonder, makes you
angry, keeps you awake, puts you to sleep, forms a knot in your stomach,
makes you afraid of confession or anything or anyone else, makes you feel
guilty, unworthy, scared, bad, glad; anything that makes you say:
"Who in the world... ","why in the world...",
"when in the world did this get started?"
Curious about
anything? Let us know what's under your H.A.T. Call, FAX, e-mail,
snail mail, smoke signals, can-and-string, send a neighbor.

and I will take any questions we receive and answer them during scheduled
Q & A get-togethers throughout the year, similar to those we held during Lent, 2003. We're
easy and we aim to please. Our answers to your questions will be
honest, so they may or may not please!
