To help OLC absorb the expenditures for this Christ-like venture, the Winter Relief Program 2014, we are planning our fourth Dinner/Auction, which will be held on November 22, 2014.

Please print the form, complete all fields of requested information, and return the Donation Form to:

It is important that you indicate the exact name and retail value of each item donated. (We request that all items be valued at $50 or more.)


Items are needed for the silent and live auctions.  If you could possibly assist with a donation, it would greatly be appreciated and helpful for the success of our auction.  All monies raised at this event will be used to aid the homeless of our community.  If sufficient funds are raised, a donation will also be made to the House of Hope in Glen Burnie and other Anne Arundel County relief programs.  Together we can make this a real success.


You can also help by filling a basket to be auctioned at the dinner. This is a fun way to get involved and help support the Winter Relief program.  Again, the baskets will be auctioned at our annual dinner/auction in November.

  1. Select a tag from the Christmas tree in the church lobby.  The tree will be on display in July.
  2. Put your name, phone number and the basket number from the tag on the sign up sheet.
  3. Gather friends and family to fill the basket.  Have fun, be creative.  Some ideas and suggestions are included on the tag.
  4. Return the finished basket and donation form with the name of the participating families, basket contents and value by September 30, 2014.

You can also help by purchasing tickets and attending the auction or volunteering to help with the Dinner/Auction.  Last year was a sell-out event.
