Wednesday Night Group

The Wednesday Night Group

Why They Meet:
Members of the Wednesday Night Group seek to take their journey of faith to another level. Relaxed and informal, the group is open to high school juniors, seniors, and college-aged students. They come together to discuss issues, hot topics, and current events while exploring their faith in each area.

When They Meet:  The group meets year round every Wednesday (hence the name which they refuse to change), "from 6:30 PM 'til whenever" (usually 9:00 PM, but some stay later). Students get there when they can get there, and leave when they want.

What They Do:  They host their own fun activities and retreats, but are always welcome to join the Sunday group's meetings and activities as well. Members of the Wednesday Night Group are encouraged, but not required, to join the Sunday group's meetings as Peer Ministers, and often help plan and help run the retreats.

July marks the date for recognizing last year's high school sophomores as this year's high school juniors. To them and to others – Come, have a good time, and bring a friend!
