Adult faith formation is the journey in
which we grow in our knowledge of Christ, His Gospel message, and the
Church. We study these through the lens of personal prayer,
reflection, and our human experience. As followers of our Lord,
Jesus Christ, we share in the mission of proclaiming the Good News through
our words and actions. To do this, we must possess a mature faith
that is capable of proclaiming Gospel values in every part of our daily
lives, be it at church, at the workplace, or at home. As adult
Catholics, we must be men and women of prayer who are grounded in a sound,
strong, and deep understanding of our faith.
